Seasoned Veterans in Estate & Probate Law

For more than 85 years collectively, the practice of our firm and its predecessors has been geared specifically toward matters of estate litigation, probate administration, guardianships, trust litigation, and related tax matters. Today we are the only law firm in Dallas, Texas to have had two of our firm's members serve as chairpersons of the Probate, Estates and Trust Law Section, one of the largest sections of the Dallas Bar Association.

Two of our firm's attorneys, Mr. Calloway (retired) and Mr. Norris, developed the accounting and guardianship forms that are still used today in the three Probate Courts in Dallas. For many years, Mr. Calloway also served as a Special Judge of the Probate Courts.
